Account Manager
m/f/d - 40 hours/week - nationwide in Germany
Your Tasks
You are the main point of contact for assigned key accounts, building long-term and
trusting customer relationships and maintaining them both operationally and at
management level.
You work closely with internal stakeholders, the sales team, and the management team to ensure transparent communication and smooth processes across all interfaces.
You advise customers strategically on ticketing tools and services, including innovative
solutions such as AI-supported applications, and accompany their introduction and use.
You identify new business areas and upselling potentials in the existing
customer portfolio and assist in developing sustainable growth strategies.
You participate in the development of strategic concepts and business plans for promoters,
exhibitions, and music customers, integrating market and customer knowledge
purposefully.
You attend events to gain operational insights, support projects on-site, and further strengthen existing customer relationships.
You conduct strategic negotiations regarding revenue, profit distribution, pricing,
terms, and savings potentials, prepare contracts together with internal teams,
review and negotiate them, and accompany the resolution of contractual issues
or conflicts.
You develop tailored ticketing and marketing campaigns for tours and events in collaboration with internal teams and ensure that customer expectations regarding sales goals, fan demand, pricing, and performance are met.
You act as first-line support for customers in day-to-day operations, continuously optimizing
processes, tools, and service offerings, and actively contribute ideas to improve fan
experience and the customer journey.
Your Profile
You have a completed degree or at least five years of professional experience in the
music or live entertainment industry.
You have in-depth knowledge of the German music and event market
or the willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge, as well as a good
understanding of the international ticketing and live entertainment landscape.
You have experience in developing commercial strategies and working with digital ticketing technologies.
You have proven experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and are comfortable handling complex contractual and cooperation structures.
You ideally possess expertise in digital marketing, particularly in social
media and artist marketing.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and proactive manner, can manage multiple projects
simultaneously, and set priorities confidently.
You have strong communication skills, are a team player, and present yourself professionally, remaining calm even in stressful situations, and act with integrity and responsibility.
