How long does the application process take?
We try to make our application process as fast, simple, and transparent as possible. After receiving your documents, we will review your application within about a week and get back to you via email. Then the following steps will take place: 1. Remote introduction via Microsoft Teams 2. Personal meeting at our office 3. Contract discussion & signature We rely on short decision-making processes, quick feedback, and no lengthy feedback loops.
What will my first days with you look like?
Your start with us is structured and warm: Day 1: Arrival, HR onboarding, laptop setup, and a tour Day 1–2: Intensive product onboarding so that you can quickly understand our ecosystem and have all your questions answered After that: Introduction to your team, onboarding into processes & tools, as well as regular feedback discussions for mutual development.
