Product Owner

Your Tasks

• You develop and take responsibility for a clear product vision and strategy that is aligned with market demands, customer feedback, and the company's goals.
  
  

• You gather requirements, prioritize and maintain the product backlog, and work

  closely with the development team and relevant stakeholders.
  
  

• You plan, manage, and oversee the entire product lifecycle, ensuring compliance

  with schedules, budgets, and resources.
  
  

• You translate technical requirements into clear user stories, define acceptance criteria

  and accompany the implementation through to go-live.
  
  

• You ensure that the product delivers real customer value, analyze feedback and

  market developments, and derive continuous improvements.
  
  

• You accompany releases, evaluate product performance based on relevant KPIs, and drive the further development of the product based on data.

 
Your Profile
 

• You have a completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• You already have experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable product-related role.

• You have a solid understanding of agile methods and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and apply them confidently in practice.

• You are communicative and team-oriented, and can clearly and understandably translate complex technical requirements into user stories and tickets.

• You think analytically, make data-driven decisions, and use customer feedback and KPIs specifically for the further development of the product.

• You have very good German and English language skills in speaking and writing.
