Your Tasks
You create creative text, image, and video content for all relevant social media channels, produce and edit short videos (e.g. reels, TikToks, shorts), design social media graphics, and independently develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content ideas related to events, live shows, artists, and promotions.
You plan, maintain, and implement the social media editorial plan, coordinate topics with internal teams such as marketing, PR, event teams, and sales, and ensure the
timely publication of posts, stories, videos, and campaigns, including on-sale content for the ticket sales start.
You actively support the community, respond to comments, messages, and
mentions, moderate discussions, refer relevant questions to internal departments, and strengthen fan engagement through authentic and dialogue-oriented communication.
You regularly evaluate relevant KPIs such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, create monthly reports with concrete recommendations for action, and analyze trends, platform developments, best practices, and competitors to derive new content ideas.
You accompany events, concerts, shows, or press actions on site, produce live content and behind-the-scenes material, and conduct short interviews or mood recordings directly in the event environment.
You work closely with sales and account management, coordinate content requirements with artists, agencies, or organizers, assist with photo and video productions, and maintain and organize the content and media library.
You ensure a consistent social media tone and a cohesive brand design, develop new content formats and creative ideas, drive the further development of social media presence, and participate in influencer or creator collaborations.
Your Profile
You have completed training or a degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable field and already have practical experience in social media management, ideally in the event, entertainment, or cultural sector.
You are very familiar with relevant social media platforms, know which
formats work, and implement content that is tailored to the target audience and optimized for channels.
You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner, keep an overview even with parallel projects and deadlines, and have experience in planning and implementing editorial plans and campaigns.
You have a good understanding of numbers, confidently evaluate KPIs, derive
optimization potentials from them, and use insights to continuously develop content.
You are strong in communication, open, and team-oriented, enjoy working with various internal departments and external partners and present yourself confidently in direct exchange with artists.
